Milton Lewis has a diverse work experience. From 2013 to 2021, they held various roles with Deloitte, Morgan Stanley, Panton Equity Partners, Strategy&, Emergination Africa, and ARGA Investment Management, LP. In 2013, they were a S&O Pre-Intern with Deloitte. From 2014 to 2015, they were a Summer Analyst with Morgan Stanley. In 2016, they were an Intern with Panton Equity Partners and a Prime Brokerage Associate and Analyst with Morgan Stanley. In 2021, they were a Senior Associate Intern with Strategy& and a Special Advisor & Co-founding Partner of EA Innovation Fund with Emergination Africa. Currently, they are a Senior Research Associate with ARGA Investment Management, LP.

Milton Lewis is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at The Wharton School, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they studied Economics and Mathematics at Morehouse College. In 2014, they completed an Affiliate Student program at UCL in International Relations & Economics, and in 2013 they were a Visiting Scholar at The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in Finance & Financial Markets.
