Shanon Goldberg began their work experience as a Program Manager at Pro2Serve in December 2005. Shanon then transitioned to become an Operations Manager at North Wind, Inc. in May 2009. Finally, in December 2012, they joined ARES Corporation as a Project Manager.

Shanon Goldberg attended the NM Institute of Mining and Technology from 1978 to 1985. During this time, they studied Geology, although no degree name was provided.
