Rui Larouca has extensive experience in the publishing and manufacturing sectors, currently serving as Deputy Assistant and Backoffice and Quality Manager at Areal Editores since May 2008. Prior to this role, Rui worked in accounts receivable at Sonae Industria from January 2007 to May 2008. Rui's academic background includes a Pós graduação in Soft Skills for Management from Porto Executive Academy (2023), along with various studies at Porto Business School (2013), Universidade do Porto (2003-2007), and Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração do Porto (1998-2003).
