Kristi Castano has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kristi is currently working as a Strategic Planning Director at Area 23 since September 2021. Prior to this, they were a Contributing writer to The Cooper Group, Inc.'s quarterly magazine from November 2014. In August 2021, they became a CHIEF Member at Chief, a position they held until January 2023. From February 2007 to September 2021, they founded and managed their own company, Castano Consulting, where they served as the Owner, Managing Director, and Senior Integrated Marketing Consultant. During this time, they also worked as a Marketing Consultant for Fastlane Communications from January 2019 to August 2021 and for FLEETWASH_HQ from November 2016 to August 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Marketing Consultant for AQUALIS from September 2018 to September 2019. Kristi Castano started their career as a Management Supervisor at Xchange from February 2005 to January 2006. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant at Voltage Inc. from January 2002 to November 2004 and as a Freelance Direct Marketing Consultant from July 2001 to May 2002.

Kristi Castano earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Marketing and English from Villanova University. Kristi also studied Theater Marketing at the Boston College of London.
