Carol Baker currently serves as the Communications Officer for the Area Agency on Aging, Region 9, Inc., where responsibilities include managing communications, marketing, and advertising initiatives, as well as overseeing Evidenced Based Disease Prevention Programming as a Site Coordinator under the Ohio Department of Aging. With a tenure at the same organization since 2003, Carol also held the role of Quality Improvement Associate prior to this. Previous experience includes working with Belmont County Ohio. Carol Baker earned a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Bachelor’s in Communication Studies from Ohio University.
