Loc Truong, P.E., currently serves as the Florida Water Practice Director, Water/Wastewater Group Leader, and Senior Project Manager at Ardurra since November 2004. Previously, Loc held the position of Public Utilities Engineer at the City of Troy, New York, where responsibilities included overseeing potable water treatment plant operations and serving as SCADA Systems Administrator from April 2002 to October 2004. Before that role, Loc worked as a Product and Process Development Engineer at Corning Incorporated, focusing on process development for fiber optics. Loc holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, earned between 1997 and 2001.
