Edita Balayan is an experienced professional in quality control and sales training, currently serving as the Quality Control Manager at Ardshinbank CJSC since October 2022. Prior to this role, Edita has held various positions including Senior Specialist in Sales Training and Quality Control, and B2B Telesales and Service Lead Specialist at TEAM.TelecomArmenia since May 2021. With a background at VEON, Edita has worked as a Functional Trainer at Beeline University and led B2B Telesales and Service teams. Earlier experience includes the position of B2B Sales and Service Senior Specialist at Beeline Armenia from 2009 to 2014. Edita holds a Master’s degree from the Crisis Management State Academy of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Crisis Management from the same institution.
