Reddy Rachamallu is a Solutions Architect at Ardira, a role they have held since 2020. Prior to this, they were a Certified Application Architect in 2019, where they helped companies build and publish Salesforce applications on AppExchange and provided guidance from design to implementation to security review. From 2017 to 2019, they were the AVP, GRC Product Solutions at Riskonnect, Inc., responsible for implementing, delivering and deploying GRC application built on force.com platform. From 2011 to 2017, they were the Architect and Director of Engineering at Aruvio, providing organizations with enterprise scale, easy-to-use and cost-effective governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) software solutions. From 2005 to 2011, they were the Database Architect and Lead Engineer at Agiliance, a member of the founding team and primary designer of the database schema. From 2005 to 2011, they were also the Database Technologies Consultant at TeraCare, building an embedded database for a networking company and an analytical engine for health care services company. From 2003 to 2005, they were the Development Manager - FastTrack team and Senior Software Engineer - Database team at ArcSight, where they upgraded sql query generation engine to handle complex sql constructs, developed indexing schemes for various customers to improve the server performance, and redesigned the schema to improve insert performance. From 2002 to 2003, they were the Senior Software Engineer at Aceva Technologies, where they designed and developed a database analytics engine and implemented an adaptive caching mechanism to improve performance of analytics reports. From 2001 to 2002, they were the Senior Software Engineer at DemandTec, where they redesigned the schema and developed flexible database interface layer and developed EJB's to provide object-relational mapping and to retrieve data for the rendering enfine. Finally, from 2001 to 2002, they were the Senior Software Engineer at Archistra.

Reddy Rachamallu obtained their M.S. in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale between 1987 and 1989. Reddy also holds five Salesforce certifications, which they obtained between April and July 2020. These certifications include Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified Sharing and Visibility Designer, Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification.
