Léna Routaboul's work experience includes roles as a Private Equity Analyst at Ardian since September 2021 and a Private Equity Intern at 123 Investment Managers from April 2021 to June 2021. Prior to that, they were a Private Equity Intern at Ardian from July 2018 to July 2019. Before entering the private equity field, Léna worked as a Hôtesse d'accueil at CERS CAPBRETON for a month in August 2017 and as an Assistante commerciale at CERS from May 2017 to June 2017.

Léna Routaboul's education history begins in 2014 when they attended Lycée Ozenne in Toulouse. There, they pursued a degree in Prépa ECS, which they completed in 2016. Following this, from 2016 to 2020, Léna enrolled at Grenoble Ecole de Management, where they pursued a Master en Management degree. In 2019, they obtained a certification in IELTS 8 from the British Council. Most recently, Léna attended ESCP Business School from 2020 to 2021, where they pursued an Advanced Master in Finance.
