Daisy (Xiruo) ZHANG has a diverse background in various industries and roles. Daisy(Xiruo) began their professional journey in 2018 as an Events & Sponsorship Assistant at the European Union Chamber of Commerce in China. In 2019, they worked as a Junior Consultant at Roland Berger for a few months. In 2020, Daisy joined Capgemini Invent as a Junior Student Consultant. The following year, they transitioned to Michel Dyens & Co. as an M&A Analyst. In 2021, they moved to Swicorp and worked as a Private Equity Analyst until January 2022. Currently, they are a Private Equity Analyst at Ardian, starting their position in October 2022. Throughout their career, Daisy has gained experience in analyzing private equity and M&A, as well as consulting and event management.

Daisy Zhang completed their Bachelor's degree in Business English at Dalian University of Technology from 2015 to 2019. In 2017, they attended the Summer School at the University of Warwick - Warwick Business School, focusing on Business/Commerce. Additionally, they took part in an Exchange Semester at the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology in 2017 and 2018, with a focus on Business/Commerce. From 2019 to 2022, Daisy pursued a Master's degree in Master in Management (Corporate Finance & Management Consulting Track) at ESSEC Business School. Daisy(Xiruo) also participated in an MBA Exchange program at COPPEAD UFRJ, expected to be completed in 2022.
