Scott D. Outterson began their work experience at Morgan Communities as a Divisional Financial Controller from March 2009 to November 2010. Scott D. then worked at Cascades Recovery Inc. as an Accounting Manager from February 2011 to February 2012. Afterwards, they joined Hewitt Young Electric as the CFO from May 2012 to April 2017. Currently, they are the Director of Finance at Ardent Learning, starting from June 2017.

Scott D. Outterson obtained a degree in Accounting from SUNY Geneseo, where they attended from 1997 to 2001.
