Melanie Gonzalez is a seasoned project manager and producer with over two decades of experience in the e-learning and media production industries. Currently, Melanie has been with Ardent Learning since February 2010, focusing on client relations and producing training tools for the Volvo E-Learning Division. Prior to this role, Melanie worked as a freelance producer and gained significant experience at Convergent Media Systems, overseeing the Volvo eLearning account, where responsibilities included producing interactive web-based training courses and directing diverse design teams. With a background that also includes producing training programs for the Volvo Television Network and creating video content for various high-profile clients, Melanie's skill set encompasses project management, client relations, and video production. Educational qualifications include a degree in Journalism and Mass Media from Rutgers University.
