Jeff DeMordaunt is an experienced professional in talent strategy and acquisition, currently serving as the Vice President at Ardent Health Services since November 2004. Prior to this role, Jeff held positions at HCA from 1994 to 2004, including Regional Director of Human Resources and Executive Recruiter. Jeff holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior from Roosevelt University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Brigham Young University.
