Miriam Magid has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. Miriam began as an Assistant Teacher/Afterschool Enrichment Teacher for Solomon Schechter of Greater Boston. In 2009, they took on roles as a Lead Technical Writer/Documentation Manager for Zend Technologies and a Customer Service Representative for CoolVision. Miriam then began working for Wix.com in 2012 as a Customer Support, Freelance Content Writer, and Chief Customer Coordinator for ParkPlease. In 2016, they started working for New England Treatment Access, Inc. as a Patient Services Associate, providing product expertise and knowledge to patients and explaining the potential benefits of each various type and strain of medical marijuana. Finally, in 2017, they began working as COO/Executive Sherpa for Ardent Cannabis.

Miriam Magid began their educational journey in 2000 when they attended Newton North High School until 2004. Miriam then attended Indiana University Bloomington from 2005 to 2006, followed by The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2006 to 2007, where they earned a Mechina in General Study. Miriam then attended Tel Aviv University from 2007 to 2008 to study Nursing. Finally, they attended the Yeda Center for Technical Communications from 2009 to 2010 to study Technical Writing and Technology courses.
