Hock Ling Chieng has a diverse work experience in the field of quality assurance and compliance. They started their career at Impax Laboratories in 2011 as a Regulatory Affairs professional. They then transitioned to the role of QA Associate in 2013 and later became a QA Compliance Supervisor in 2014. After working at Impax Laboratories for several years, they joined Vector Laboratories, Inc. in 2019 as a Quality Assurance Specialist. Currently, they are working at Ardelyx, Inc. as a QA Specialist III since April 2021 and have recently been promoted to the position of QA Compliance Manager in June 2022.

Hock Ling Chieng pursued a Bachelor's degree in Life Science from National Central University, completing it between 2001 and 2005. Later, they earned a Master of Science degree in Zoology from National Taiwan University, which took place from 2006 to 2008.
