Pieter van Nieuwaal serves as the Managing Director for the Netherlands and Belgium at Arcus Group since January 2020 and has been an external assessor of entrepreneurship at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences since March 2019. Previously, Pieter held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Arcus Holding B.V. from January 2004 to January 2020, and served on the Examination Board of NIMA/SMA A+B from January 2000 to 2012. Earlier career experience includes a role as Sales Manager and Department Managing Director at Arcus Nederland B.V. from 1994 to 2004. Pieter's educational background includes an MBA from Business School Netherlands (2015-2017, Cum Laude), participation in the Next Level Leadership Program at London Business School in 2022, a Masterclass in Finance & Accounting from Nyenrode Business University in 2020, and a Post Bachelor in General Management from Van Sadelhoff Learning Services (2001-2002). Additional training includes coursework at ISBW Opleiding & Training from 1996 to 1998.
