Darrell May is a seasoned software architect and development contractor with extensive experience in various technology sectors. Currently working as a Software Development Contractor at Arculus since February 2023, Darrell has previously held key roles, including Senior Software Architect at Aterlo Networks Inc from October 2020 to March 2023 and Application Architect at hims & hers from September 2019 to October 2020, where the focus was on Electronic Medical Records systems. Darrell's experience at Sandvine spanned almost five years, where responsibilities included leading teams, designing micro-service architectures, and developing machine learning models. Prior roles at Research In Motion involved architecting mobile solutions and protocols for the Blackberry platform. Darrell holds an Honours BMath degree in Computer Science and Combinatorics & Optimization from the University of Waterloo, obtained in 1999.
