Ben Casey, MBA has a diverse range of work experience. Ben currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Arctic Industries, LLC., a manufacturer of walk-in coolers, freezers, and engineered products. Prior to this role, they were a Sales & Marketing Consultant at CoffeeAM. However, the majority of their career was spent at LTI, Inc., where they held various roles. Ben started as a Sales Engineer and then progressed to become the Production Planning Manager. Eventually, they earned promotions to the positions of Executive Vice President and ultimately the President & CEO. During their time at LTI, Inc., they focused on driving revenue growth, transforming the company into a customer-centric global operation, and fostering a unique culture.

Ben Casey obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia from 1992 to 1996. Ben later pursued their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Executive MBA at Kennesaw State University.
