Mike Barnes, MSM, currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice since November 2024. Prior to this role, Mike held various positions at Massimo Zanetti Beverage USA, progressing from Maintenance Manager to Sr Director of Corporate Engineering over nearly two decades. Mike also gained valuable experience at Sara Lee Coffee & Tea as Maintenance Manager and at Anheuser-Busch in a similar capacity. Early career development included the role of Engineering Supervisor at Newport News Shipbuilding and service as Staff Sergeant in the US Army. Mike holds a Master’s degree in Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science from Christopher Newport University.
