Rama C. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2010, Rama interned as a Business Analyst at Visakhapatnam Port Trust. This was followed by a position as Programmer Analyst at SMR IT LTD from 2011 to 2013. Rama then served as a Graduate Assistant at Texas A&M University before transitioning to a Research Assistant role at Texas A&M University-Kingsville from 2014 to 2015. Rama then worked as a Programmer Analyst at Nemo IT Solutions, Inc before joining Fidelity Investments as a Software Engineer and Scrum Master from 2015 to 2018. From 2018 to 2019, Rama served as a Scrum Master at Baker Hughes, a GE company. In 2019, Rama joined United Airlines as a Scrum Master and worked until 2022. Currently, Rama is employed as a Project Manager at Arc'teryx Equipment.

Rama C. obtained a Master's degree in Computer Science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville, where they studied from 2013 to 2015. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner and a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance in 2017.
