Timika Pierce is an experienced professional with a diverse background in operations and logistics management. Currently serving as the Owner of ARCpoint Labs of Chester, Timika provides innovative drug, alcohol, and DNA testing services to employers and individuals. Timika also operates The Pierce Group LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner with a significant workforce dedicated to customer service. Previous experience includes roles as Director of Operations for the 345th Training Squadron, Logistics Readiness Officer Functional Area Manager for the National Guard Bureau, and various positions within the Air Force, focusing on logistics and financial management. Timika holds a Master of Science in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix, a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University, and an associate degree in Financial Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
