Mika Jaramillo's work experience includes a role as a Human Resources Generalist at Arcosa Inc. starting in August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Memorial Hermann Health System from June 2021 to August 2022. Before that, they had two roles at Pearland ISD, first as a Substitute Teacher from January 2021 to May 2021, and then as a Human Resources Intern from August 2020 to January 2021.

Mika Jaramillo completed their high school education at Deer Park High School - South Campus from 2012 to 2016, earning a High School Diploma. Following that, from 2016 to 2020, they attended Texas A&M University, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Development. Mika also earned a Minor in Business during their time at the university.
