Matthew Falk has a diverse work experience in the field of software engineering. Matthew started their career at Wellmark in 1999 as an IT Solutions Developer, where they were responsible for enhancing and maintaining various software applications. Matthew worked closely with business stakeholders to determine their needs and implement solutions. In 2010, Matthew joined Visiont as a Software Developer Consultant, where they maintained and enhanced a legacy VB6/Oracle PL/SQL system, while also handling code releases for all developers. Since 2013, Matthew has been working at Arcoro, initially as a Software Engineer III and later as a Lead Software Developer. In their role at Arcoro, they were responsible for .NET web development and handling various IT duties, including server management and desktop support.

Matthew Falk attended Valley High School from 1991 to 1995. After completing high school, they enrolled at Iowa State University from 1995 to 1998, where they focused on studying Computer Science.
