Allie Schweitzer has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to 2023. Allie began their career as a Communications Coordinator at Great Circle, where they evaluated, edited, and produced various forms of written content. Allie then worked as a Strategic Client Development Coordinator at RubinBrown LLP, where they were responsible for driving the Request For Proposal process and conducting research for new business opportunities.
Allie went on to join Pi Beta Phi Fraternity for Women as a Foundation Development Specialist, where they managed donor stewardship efforts and provided support for Foundation events. Allie also held the role of Digital Media Coordinator, managing the Fraternity website and partnering on social media and email marketing campaigns. Later, they became the Foundation Marketing and Communications Manager, overseeing all aspects of marketing, communications, and event management.
After their time at Pi Beta Phi, Allie started their own business called SMALLSTRAND, where they built marketing and communications strategies for small to midsize business clients. Notably, they worked with LARK Skin Co., developing and executing branding, digital marketing, and public relations efforts.
Allie then joined FleishmanHillard as an Account Supervisor, Creative Services, where they worked with clients such as Great Clips, UPS, Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, and the U.S. Army. Allie managed creative services and contributed to various projects for these clients.
Their most recent position was at CareVet, where they served as the Director of Digital Marketing. In this role, Allie led the planning, development, and execution of the company's digital marketing strategy, overseeing paid, earned, and owned media. Allie also measured the effectiveness of digital media performance and implemented strategies for improvement, resulting in a significant increase in candidate funnel for veterinary recruitment.
Currently, Allie Schweitzer is working as the Marketing Director at ARCO Construction Company, Inc., starting in 2023.
Allie Schweitzer pursued their higher education at two institutions. From 2008 to 2010, they attended Indiana University Bloomington, where they focused on Journalism. Allie then joined the University of Missouri-Saint Louis from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and also received a Certificate in Public Relations.
