Mr. Milburn joined ArcLight in 2018. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Milburn was an Associate with Deutsche Bank’s Global Natural Resources Group where he specialized in the execution of M&A and capital markets mandates across the upstream, midstream and downstream sectors. Mr. Milburn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and French and a Master of Finance degree with an Energy specialization from Tulane University.
