Michael Binns is an experienced IT professional with a robust background in managing information technology services, particularly within educational environments. Currently serving as the Information Technology Services Manager at Archway Learning Trust since April 2014, Michael has significantly expanded responsibilities from initially supporting two schools to overseeing support for nine schools. Prior to this role, Michael held positions at Capita IT Services, where responsibilities included managing service desk teams and providing first line support to educational customers. Michael also has experience as an IT Analyst at Circle Health Ltd and as a Senior 2nd Line Engineer at Capita IT Services (Ramesys), handling complex technical issues for numerous schools. Michael's educational background includes a BSc in Computer Games Design from Staffordshire University and a Level 3 NVQ in Management.
