Ian Ferguson is an experienced sales and operations professional with a strong track record in leading teams and driving revenue growth across various industries. Currently serving as Sales Manager at Archon Systems Inc. since August 2022, Ian is focused on enhancing sales for InFlow Inventory. Previous roles include Sales Manager for the central and western region at Balcan Packaging, where Ian successfully led a team to record-breaking sales. Further experience as Chief Operating Officer at Chantler Packages and Vice President at Chantler Packaging Inc. involved significant responsibilities in P&L management, sales strategy development, and team leadership, resulting in improved organizational performance.
