Daniel S. is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People & Culture at Architrave since January 2024. Prior to this role, Daniel held the position of HR Operations Germany at Semrush Deutschland from June 2022 to January 2024 and was an Associate Partner at Red House International from February 2019 to 2022. Additional experience includes leadership roles in operations, finance, and HR at eduki, and as a co-founder and freelance HR professional at CRISPY DUCK. Earlier in Daniel’s career, significant positions were held at Jumeirah Group, Serco, and Bayer, with a focus on HR projects, compensation and benefits, and organizational management. Daniel holds a Graduate Diploma in Business Law from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, earned between 2002 and 2006.
