Mike LaValley AIA, LEED AP is an accomplished architect and founder of Mike LaValley, a platform dedicated to personal development, creativity, and wellness. Currently serving as an Associate at Trautman Associates and Influencer for Architizer, Mike has extensive experience in project management and architectural design, gained through previous roles at Young + Wright Architectural and CJS Architects, where significant projects included K-12 and commercial developments. Additionally, Mike co-hosted the Unpacking Design podcast and founded the Evolving Architect blog, both aimed at fostering discussions around contemporary architectural practice. An alumnus of the School of Architecture at Syracuse University, Mike graduated with a B.Arch, Magna Cum Laude, having also contributed to research initiatives and internships early in their career.
