Marwan Barakat, PMP, has extensive experience in project controls and estimation within the construction and engineering sector. Currently serving as a Project Controls | Estimation Engineer for the Marine Division at Archirodon Group N.V. since April 2023, Marwan is responsible for preparing Cost Breakdown Structures and transforming tender estimates into project budgets. Previously, Marwan worked at Rowad Modern Engineering, where roles included Estimation and Tendering Engineer and Technical Office Engineer, alongside site and cost control engineering responsibilities. Early career experiences at various companies included internships in geotechnical support and site training at significant projects such as the City Center Almaza mall. Marwan holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from The German University in Cairo, earned in July 2020.
