Wilco van Eldik is an experienced professional in human resource management and organizational development. Currently serving as Manager Mens en Organisatie and HR-manager at Archipel Zorggroep since February 2022, Wilco also founded and directs the Coaching & Development Foundation since July 2015. Prior roles include Strategic HR Advisor at SWZ, where a focus was on providing human-centered care to individuals with acquired brain injuries and multiple disabilities, and Training Manager at UPB, specializing in coaching certification and personnel management. Wilco has a substantial background in teaching and consulting with various organizations in Bolivia, including prominent companies and institutions. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Organisation Studies from Tilburg University and a Bachelor's degree in Personnel and Labor from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht.
