Suzan van Lieshout - van der Eerden is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational management. Currently serving as Coördinator M&O - beleidsadviseur at Archipel Zorggroep since November 2019, Suzan has held various advisory roles in HR and project management. Prior to this position, significant contributions were made at OLVG from January 2016 to November 2019, including the implementation of a new management model following a merger. Experience also includes coaching at Talentcoach, establishing a customer-friendly flex bureau at Catharina Hospital Eindhoven, and roles in HR and administrative support at several organizations including DAF Trucks NV and UWV. Suzan holds a Bachelor's degree in Personeel en Arbeid from Fontys Hogeschool Tilburg and has furthered education with NLP training and courses at Nyenrode Business University.
