Dana Rethoret is a financial consultant with over fifteen years of experience in the field. Dana began their career as a bookkeeper with RHS Group Inc, where they were responsible for all aspects of the company's accounting cycle. Dana then moved on to Web Pack International, where they served as office administrator and was responsible for the company's entire accounting cycle. In November 2007, they began working at the University of Waterloo as a financial systems specialist and accountant. In this role, they were responsible for managing the university's financial systems and assisting with the development and implementation of new accounting policies and procedures. Dana also provided support to the university's finance team and helped train new staff members on the use of the financial systems. Dana has a strong understanding of QuickBooks and other accounting software programs, and has experience working in both the public and private sectors.

Dana Rethoret has a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) from Laurentian University/Université Laurentienne in the field of accounting. They also have a business management certification from the College of the North Atlantic in the field of accounting. They are certified by LS Retail in POS and business management software solutions in CF-400 LS Central for Restaurants - General Base Certification and CF-300 LS Central for Retail Base Certification. They are also certified by Microsoft as a Microsoft Certified Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant Associate.
