Laila Mansour currently serves as an Account Manager at Archer Integrated Risk Management since June 2023. Prior to this role, Laila was a Services Sales Account Manager at Dell Technologies from September 2021 to June 2023 and a Support Sales Account Manager at Oracle from March 2020 to February 2022, where responsibilities included ensuring timely renewals, educating customers on business practices, and managing lead transfers. Laila also held roles as a Course Developer at Mentor Graphics and as an intern in application development at IBM and the Human Resources Department at Microsoft. Laila holds a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media Engineering and Technology, Media Engineering from The German University in Cairo, graduated in 2018.
