Jessica Frost is Head of Archer’s Client Experience team, including Project Management, Training, Operational Readiness, Integrations, Relationship Management and Client Service. They are responsible for ensuring our client’s overall satisfaction with their Archer experience throughout all stages of their growth. With over 20 years of experience, Jessica has held various operations roles at Alliance Bernstein and Citi, where she helped to launch the firm’s SMA outsourcing business, managed a team of Service Delivery Managers and served as a Client Executive on Citi’s Global Custody platform.
