Nicholas B. serves as the Manager of Maintenance Training at Archer since January 2024, following a role as Technical Training Manager at Wiese USA from April 2019 to September 2023, where training plans were developed for 40 locations and involvement in the Safety Advisory Board took place. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Maintenance Training Instructor at Trans States Airlines, where an Aircraft Maintenance Apprentice Program was designed and led, successfully mentoring 55 personnel in earning FAA Airframe Licenses. Nicholas has held various positions in the aviation industry, including Field Service Representative at Bombardier Aerospace and aircraft maintenance roles at GoJet Airlines and Chautauqua Airlines. Educational achievements include various aircraft engineering certifications, an A&P license, and tactical aircraft maintenance training from the United States Air Force.
