Daniel McPherson is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, currently serving as Sales Manager and Senior Technical Sales Engineer at Archer - the well company since September 2019. McPherson manages all sales and operations in the UAE, overseeing processes from client introduction to invoicing. Prior experience includes roles at Halliburton as Service Coordinator and Senior Service Specialist, where McPherson was instrumental in intelligent completions installations in Perth, and a decade at Schlumberger, progressing from Senior Completions Field Specialist to an offshore completions team member in Aberdeen. Earlier roles include an apprenticeship as a Mechanical Technician and a position as a Swimming Coach with Aberdeen City Council. McPherson holds a Higher National Certificate in Mechanical Engineering from North East Scotland College.
