Prior to this role, Tedd held the position of CEO at Stratas Foods from January 2011 to March 2020, a major supplier of fats and oils in North America. Tedd's extensive background in business is complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in Agricultural Economics from Iowa State University, earned between 1989 and 1993.
