Simon Walley serves as the President of Animal Nutrition North America at ADM since September 2023, leading the business in a key market. Simon is a board member of the Kansas City Animal Health Corridor, contributing to innovation and public policy in the animal health sector since January 2019. Previously, Simon held several leadership roles at DSM Animal Nutrition & Health, including Global Director of Sales & Marketing Excellence and Managing Director for Biomin North America. At DuPont, Simon was the Animal Nutrition Regional Industry Leader for the Americas and the Regional Director for Food Enzymes, where Simon developed regional strategies. Earlier in their career, Simon worked at Fonterra Co-operative Group in various roles, including Key Account Manager and Business Development Manager. Simon holds an Executive MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a BSc in Earth Science from the University of Leicester.
