Rodrigo Mendoza, PhD, currently serves as the Microbiology Laboratory Leader at ADM, where expertise is applied as a subject matter expert for microbiological inquiries across North America and globally, utilizing data-driven decision-making tools such as Excel and PowerBI. Prior to this role, Rodrigo Mendoza worked at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where responsibilities included serving as an Associate Researcher focused on molecular fungal profiling and mycotoxin validation, as well as a Research Assistant involved in training and bacterial testing. Earlier experience includes a Laboratory Analyst position at the Nebraska Food Processing Center, where food sample processing and testing were conducted, and a role as Quality Management Coordinator at Productos Alimenticios Yaesta, overseeing quality management systems and supplier audits.
