Konstantin Kopylov is an experienced project manager currently working at ADM since February 2022. Previously, Konstantin held multiple roles at Bunge from October 2014 to August 2022, including Deputy Chief Engineer and Reliability Manager, where leadership extended to a team of 47 individuals and focused on cost management. Other significant positions at Bunge included Production Manager in Packaging, where process optimization was achieved through methodologies like Kaizen and 5Why, and overseeing a project for modernizing bottling lines to meet market demands. Further experience includes supervision in the crushing department, leading safety initiatives, and contributing to the design and commissioning of a major oil extraction plant in Ukraine. Konstantin began the career at Creative PJSC as a Process Engineer, enhancing technological processes in oil extraction. Konstantin holds a Master's degree in Oils and Fats Technology from УГХТУ.
