Kathi Sparks is an accomplished flavorist with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as Chief Flavorist at ADM since May 2016, Kathi has previously held positions as Senior Flavorist and Principal Flavorist at WILD Flavors, Inc. from October 2011 to May 2022 and October 2012 to March 2016, respectively. Earlier in the career, Kathi worked as a Flavorist and Food Technologist at WILD Flavors, Inc. from May 1996 to October 2007. Kathi Sparks holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Food Science from Purdue University.
