Rachelle G. is a supply chain human rights and labor expert with extensive experience in consulting and sustainability practices. Since June 2012, Rachelle has served as an Independent Consultant, focusing on supply chain sustainability, international labor standards, and corporate social responsibility initiatives. Rachelle has also been a Consultant at ARCHE Advisors since January 2013, working on global labor and human rights issues. Previous roles include Technical Consultant for UNICEF Latin America and Netherlands, and Senior Director at UL Responsible Sourcing and STR Responsible Sourcing, where Rachelle managed global teams and developed responsible sourcing services for Fortune 500 retailers. Rachelle's career began as Research Director at CSCC, developing labor law databases and conducting labor assessments worldwide. Rachelle holds a Master's degree in Corporate Social Responsibility from Universitat de Barcelona and a degree from UC San Diego.
