Joe Beyer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and analysis, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Planning and Analysis at the Archdiocese of Chicago since January 2019. Prior roles include Director at the Illinois Department of Labor from April 2017 to January 2019 and Deputy Director at the Office of the Governor, State of Illinois from January 2015 to April 2017. Joe began a career in the actuarial field as an Actuarial Associate at Hewitt Associates from July 2007 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Juris Doctor (JD) from Harvard Business School and Harvard Law School, respectively, both completed between 2010 and 2014, and a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, earned in 2007.
