Leadership positions at Follett spanned various domains, including IT strategy, enterprise applications, and project management for higher education and K-12 distribution sectors. Additional experience includes directing project delivery at Divine Interventures and managing applications development at ServiceMaster. Chris holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from Northern Illinois University and a Master's Degree in Information Technology and Organizational Development from Benedictine University.
