Jessica Natal has a diverse work experience. Jessica is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at ArchCare since November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at NYU Langone Hospital—Brooklyn, where they held two roles. From June 2008 to November 2021, they worked as a Patient Service Associate, and from June 2008 to June 2018, they worked as a Medical Assistant. Jessica also worked at Salvatierra Cleaning Company as a Payroll Clerk from August 2017 to December 2020. In the earlier years of their career, they served as a Medical Assistant/Medical Receptionist at HealthCare Partners, A DaVita Medical Group from June 2005 to July 2007.

Jessica Natal began their education journey in 2001, attending ASA College, where they earned an Associate of Science degree in Medical/Clinical Assistant in 2003. Jessica then pursued further education at Kingsborough Community College from 2013 to 2015, obtaining an Associate of Science degree in Health Services Administration. Later, they attended CUNY New York City College of Technology from 2015 to 2017, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Services Administration.

In addition to their formal education, Jessica Natal has obtained certifications outside of their academic studies. Jessica completed the Grammar Essentials certification at Noble Desktop in August 2021 and obtained the Excel for Business Level I - Fundamentals certification from the same institution in July 2021.
