Kenny Lucas has extensive experience in athletics, currently serving as the Athletic Director at Archbishop Carroll High School since July 2023, after holding the position of Associate Athletic Director. Prior to this role, Lucas was the Head Football Coach and Director of School Safety and Security at Bishop O'Connell High School from July 2019 to May 2023. Additional coaching positions include Assistant Football Coach and Director of Football Operations at Howard University, Assistant Head Football Coach at Morgan State University, and Head Football Coach at various high schools including Annapolis Area Christian School and Gonzaga College High School. Lucas has also held coaching roles with Team USA and the US Army All-American Bowl. Educational credentials include a Master of Arts in Coaching and Athletic Administration from Concordia University Irvine and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Delaware.
