Mike Poremba had a successful and rewarding 41-year career with the first 22 years in Hospital Risk Management, and the last 19 years in the Business Development of Healthcare Risk Financing Arrangements. He retired in April 2017. At the time of his retirement, he was managing an annualized premium book of business totaling more than $45 million, and the retention rate for all arrangements averaged nearly 90%.

Mr. Poremba received his B. A. degree from University of Pittsburgh and a M.B.A. degree from Duquesne University. He is involved as a member of Knights of Columbus and also likes to spend his time golfing and traveling.
