Nate Waters, PE, has extensive experience in the mining industry, currently serving as Mine Manager at Arch Resources, Inc since June 2011, where responsibilities include project planning for the installation of the Leer South longwall and support infrastructure. Previously, positions held at Arch Resources include Senior Mining Engineer, Continuous Mining Coordinator, Assistant Belt Coordinator, Assistant Shift Foreman, and Section Foreman, with a focus on continuous miner operations. Prior to joining Arch Resources, Nate worked as a Mining Engineer at ICG Hazard, LLC from May 2009 to June 2011. Nate holds a Bachelor of Science in Mining Engineering from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from West Virginia University.
