Jim Dass has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Jim currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources at Arch Amenities Group, where they lead human capital capability and process systems. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President of People, Finance, and Administration at Spa Space, a technology platform optimizing wellness facility operations.
Jim also held significant positions at Ciner Group, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources (CHRO) for Ciner Resources and OCI Enterprises. Jim Dass has an MBA in Human Resource Management from Clark University, which they obtained from 1990 to 1992. Prior to that, they earned a BBA in Political Science and Organizational Psychology from the University of Rochester between 1985 and 1989. In 2008, they participated in the Advanced Executive Human Resources Program at the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications in areas such as leadership development, lean manufacturing training, and process excellence.
